HOMELESS CHALLENGES.
The Citizens Outreach Foundation was founded in 2022 by Gabriel Weisberg. Our mission is to provide essential goods and services to those in crisis and living on the streets of Paterson, NJ. We believe that everyone deserves access to basic necessities like food, shelter, and medical care. Since our founding, we have helped 20+ people get back on their feet and rebuild their lives.
