Mission Statement

The mission of Citizens Outreach Foundation Inc. is to implement a comprehensive and strategic approach to getting people who are in a crisis and living on our streets back on the road to living a successful life. Our approach is not one size fits all, we will identify each individuals needs and obstacles so that a personalized plan of action can be agreed upon and implemented.

The Citizens Outreach Foundation, Inc. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, as such donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law
